RuneSCape Gameplay

After creating an account, players begin a tutorial where you learn the principles of the game. They are trained in different skills for different tutors, computer-controlled (NPC). Once the tutorial are taken to the town of Lumbridge where you can start the game with total freedom. [1]

The game is third person and the avatar is always the center of the screen. The player can rotate the camera with the arrow keys left and right would the “keyboard” at an angle of 360 degrees while up and down keys move the camera at the front perspective plane or from above. The player uses the mouse to move and interact with objects or other players.

The character moves through the predetermined path level and can change the way run, this will make the character run in a significantly faster speed. However, there is a limit of energy to run from 0 to 100%. At 0% the player may not run until the energy up, and by regeneration potions and energy. Many factors influence the time to run for example: you run with more weight is more tiring, therefore, energy is wasted running considerably, but there is nothing that affects the speed with which the character runs.

The game interface is different depending on the level of detail. In the low (or high small) mini-game map is in the top right of the screen, the radio buttons are on the left and the chat box is on the bottom of the screen. The high level of detail are menu buttons at the bottom right.
